What is Mulberry?
Mulberry (桑) is a plant that has been utilized since ancient times in traditional Chinese medicine for its beneficial properties.
One of the many benefits of Mulberry leaves is its natural ability to inhibit the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream. And, unlike traditional tea leaves, mulberry is caffeine free and can be enjoyed by anyone at any time of day.
What is Jerusalem Artichoke？
Jerusalem artichoke, known as kikuimo (菊芋) in Japanese, is a plant native to North America that is cultivated for its tuber. This root vegetable has a high content of inulin, which is a water-soluble dietary fiber that is thought to suppress sugar absorption. Our Jerusalem Artichoke is produced in Japan and cultivated using organic methods.
