“Rooibos” means “red bush” in the local African language. As the name suggests, the tea brewed from reddish-brown leaves has a beautiful red color similar to black tea. It is characterized by a slight sweetness and refreshing aftertaste. We only use organic ingredients that are harvested in the Cederberg Mountains region of northwest Cape Town in South Africa, and have not been treated with any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

Our barley tea is domestically grown and expertly roasted by hand by our artisans to bring out the best of its natural flavors. Manual roasting and temperature control gives our barley tea a lighter color than commercially available barley tea but still provides great flavor and aroma. Made exclusively from high quality organic barley.

Persimmon, a fruit that has been popular in Japan since ancient times, has long been revered for providing many health benefits. The leaves are rich in vitamin C, and even maintains their nutritional content throughout processing and heating. This golden colored tea is smooth and has a refreshingly sour taste. Currently in progress of receiving organic certification.

Adlay, also known as Job’s Tears, is carefully cultivated on the fertile soils of Shimane prefecture using organic methods. We process it without using any additives or colorings, so it can be consumed without any concern. Refreshing and easy-to-drink, this healthy tea will help improve your dietary and skin health. We are currently working to obtain organic certification for this product.
